Baby Geniuses
I don't have to slow my sentences down, or use ways of speaking that I normally wouldn't in this class. They understand almost as well as if I were speaking to grade 3 native speakers. They're at such a high level for their age that they can't be in a class with any one else. They're the sweetest little things and are so excited to learn English.
Irene asks me if she can "write more" in her essays because she has "just so many ideas".
Chris wants to be a chef and can make apple jam very well. He draws little cartoons constantly. His two front teeth are missing.
Yoon sun is always smiling and tells us to get back to studying if we talk about something else for too long.
It's a great class.

Hi, I'm glad you're having such a great time. I'm also in Korea working as a teacher. I'd like to say more, but not in a comment. I can't see how to send you an email. Could you possibly send me your email, or you can write me at this address: lvasia44@yahoo.com? I want to exchange info about teaching experiences. That's all. Thank you.
I like apple jam, and was once missing my two front teeth (they are now "oversized," or so sayeth my old orthodontist).
Does that count?
WOW. Who do I have to sleep with to get kids like that!?
