Another Thanksgiving
Well my third Thanksgiving in Korea has come and gone. Luckily I wasn't emotional about it at all this time. I think it's that I'm content with where I am and how much longer I'm going to be here. Nothing special happened this Monday. The Canadians at work wished each other a happy Thanksgiving and the Americans learned that we have Thanksgiving on a different day. woo hoo.
Sumi arrives today. I feel like I've been waiting for her to get here for ages. It's unreal that it's actually here. More worlds colliding. She'll fit in just fine.
Sometimes I really believe that a person can't enter Korea until another equally cool person leaves. Goodbye Dennis.
I've been painting for another coffee house/art mingle thing. I don't know how I feel about painting anymore. Maybe it's that I don't have a proper studio space (or any space) to get creative. Or it could be that I'm not surrounded by anything artistic or even a little bit creative. It's just not flowing like it used to. My drawings have been more interesting lately.
