Japan
I spent a week in Japan on vacation. It was a really good time. It's funny how close it is to Korea, yet so different. The people were attractive and polite. The country was packed, yet beautiful and clean. Everything was cute and sweet and a little bit funny. I think it could be a place that I could live for a while. The country is a mix of old, beautiful temples, gardens, shrines and new fashion, buildings and technology. We went to Tokyo, Himeji, Kyoto and Hiroshima.

-the guys have the most excentric hair!...in that group shot, I have to ask - are they all men?
I'll make a note to point out this entry to my students, as you've said "I can't believe how different Japan is from Korea" followed immediately by "They're polite, kind, cute, etc-nice-thing" suggesting Korea's so not :D :P

You know that I love Korea. I didn't mean to make it sound like the Japanese were better. (except for the cleanliness thing. The Japanese definately have a heads up on that one!)
