Beginnings and Endings
Today was "pizza party day" at school. We're allowed to order pizzas for the kids since its the last day of the class month. I was more than happy to have part of the class taken up with eatting and being silly. I get along with my senior3's so much better when we're just talking about whatever. I can ask them questions about whatever and they teach me some words in Korean. They're not so great when its time to get serious and do work.
Its so unbelieveable how quickly this month has passed. Time has never gone by so quicky as it does here. I can see how the year will be over before I know it. Two new teachers are coming tomorrow. I'm so excited, but no one else seems to care. They keep saying to me "Sarah you'll soon learn that people are always coming and going, so just get used to it." Man some of them only know how to complain about things. I'm trying not to let it bother me or effect the way that I feel about Korea or my time here.
On the weekend a bunch of us went shopping in Seoul to get some Christmas presents and whatnot. I thought I'd get everything sent out so that it would make it on time. When I went to the post office they said it would take 3 months(!) So much for that. So I had to send it air mail. ah well.
We went to Insa-dong where I got the chance to see the Hiroshi Kobayashi show at the Gallery Artside. It was awesome. I was so happy to be in a contemporary art gallery that showed work that I found to be interesting and applied to what I'm into. We also went to Youngsan where I got a sweet deal on a digital camera. Once I have the time to read up and figure out how to put pictures up here I will.

Christmas?! Noooo must deal with halloween first... :P
What is the next Korean holiday coming up?
Biggie.
Complaining sucks. Keep keeping your perspective fresh. I love that about you!
Glad you're keeping positive! Those people sound like they've been doing a job they don't like for too long! Just remember, it's what you make of it - not what it's made of :)
