The Downside

The only unfortunate part of the trip, both Mandie and I agreed was the mosquitoes. They LOVED me. I have never been bitten as much as i was there. It became quite the joke. Everywhere I went people were pointing and laughing (because its just so typical that the white girl couldn't handle the Thai bugs). I had foreigners coming up to me and telling me things that I should do/buy to help my wounds. When I went to the pharmacy to buy the stuff the pharmasists' eyes popped out of their heads. They said 'no, no, that won't help...you need something much stronger to get the poison out of your body'. Thats when they put me on meds. hahaha. Don't think it could be that bad? Take a look!
